Out there in the Blogosphere

This past weekend was an excellent conference hosted by Georgia Romance Writers. The Moonlight Magnolia. I had a wonderful time. I learned so many fun and interesting things. Sunday morning stands out at the moment. Leigh Michaels did a workshop on Writing Between The Sexes. Just by random zinger this topic was the first workshop I attended at First Coast Romance Writers taught by Tracy Montoya.

I was reminded of many points I’d almost forgotten about the communication style of men vs women. Believe me I was flipping through the electronic pages of the ARC for “Once Upon A Twisted Tale” to get to “The Galloping Ghoul of Hockomock Swamp” to see if I had committed any of the communication sins making my men sound too girly. Whew. I didn’t find any glaring incidences of my men sounding like women. That could be why my editor found my men very three dimensional and not glaring of the typical sterotypes in a m/m romance.

I’ve been blogging around the blogosphere lately. Come over and visit these places.
